Terms of Service
1. Service Agreement
Our marketing services, including but not limited to Google Business Profile optimization, bespoke website design, and content creation, are provided on a prepaid, month-to-month basis. Payment is due at the beginning of each monthly cycle, and services will be rendered upon receipt of payment.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your service at any time. To cancel, you must notify us in writing before your next billing cycle. No further charges will be incurred. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months of service.
3. Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable. As our services are rendered on a prepaid basis, we do not offer refunds for any reason once payment has been made. This policy is in place to protect our intellectual property and the resources allocated to your projects. By making a payment, you agree to this no-refund policy.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you will own the intellectual property rights to the content and designs we create for you. However, we reserve the right to use the work for our own promotional purposes.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall our company be liable for any lost profits, lost data, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to our services. Our total liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us for our services.
6. Payment Processor Standards
Our payment and service standards are fully compliant with our payment processor's requirements. We are committed to using a secure and transparent payment process for all of our clients.
