The Story of Our Founder
Our founder, Brian Leitner, wasn’t always a marketing expert. His story begins not in an office, but in the workshop and on the job site. With hands-on experience in mechanics, welding, electrical work, and plumbing, he learned the value of hard work and the pride of a job well done. He channeled this expertise into a successful handyman business on TaskRabbit, building a reputation for quality and reliability.
A New Perspective
Life took an unexpected turn after a car accident left Brian with a broken leg. During his recovery, he pivoted, diving into the world of digital marketing. He started selling websites and ad campaigns, and in doing so, he saw the other side of the coin. He witnessed the entire business cycle from a new perspective: from a customer desperately searching for a trustworthy tradesperson, to a business struggling to connect with that customer. He saw how powerful digital tools could be in bridging that gap.
Why We Do It
Brian noticed a recurring theme: blue-collar businesses were the toughest to sell to, not because they didn't need marketing, but because they were often skeptical, underserved, and misunderstood by traditional marketing agencies.
