1. Our No-Refund Policy

All services are offered on a prepaid, month-to-month basis and are strictly non-refundable. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. Once a payment is made for our marketing services, it is final and non-refundable. This policy is in place to protect our intellectual property and the resources we allocate to your projects in advance.

2. Service Cancellation

You may cancel your service at any time by providing written notice before your next billing cycle. You will continue to receive the services you have paid for until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

3. Chargeback Policy

In the event of a chargeback, you will be responsible for the full amount of the chargeback, as well as any fees incurred by our payment processor. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback and to take legal action to recover any outstanding balances. We encourage you to contact us to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.

4. No Prorated Refunds

We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel your service in the middle of a billing cycle, you will not receive a refund for the remaining portion of the month.
